Well known party band in West Yorkshire, coveting weddings, beer festivals , clubs , parties… basically anywhere that people want to dance and have fun. After a lay off we have recently set up again worth an an amazing new singer and en entirely new set list based on more modern dance/ pop music. - 5 Piece Band:   - Lead vocals   - Lead guitar / backing vocals   - Bass Keys and Synths / backing vocals    - Keyboards / backing vocals   - Drums Fully self-contained, Velvet Keys have an excellent modern PA system with spectacular lighting and are fully insured. Playing regularly across the country, Velvet Keys have spent many hours dedicated to crafting their sound and ensuring a quality live performance for each show. Ruth - Lead vocals. Ruth is an exceptional and versatile vocalist, renowned for her powerhouse voice and captivating stage presence. With a career spanning soul, ska, classical, rock, and musical theatre, she brings style, energy, and elegance to every performance. She fronts the stylish Velvet Keys, leads the high-energy ska band Connector, and performs with the show-stopping Limelight Orchestra. As one-third of the classical trio The GoldDiggers and a principal vocalist in the touring theatre shows One Night of Classic Rock and One Night of Broadway, Ruth moves effortlessly across genres and styles. A talented songwriter and multi-instrumentalist - classically trained in piano and flugelhorn, and also a skilled percussionist From luxury weddings to large-scale corporate events, Ruth delivers unforgettable live performances with vocal brilliance, versatility, and charm - making her one of the most sought-after singers on the live music scene.  Kev - Bass Synth 
Kev is classically trained, and plays Guitar, Bass Guitar, Keyboards and brass, Kev’s played in Covers/Function bands since age 20, notching up thousands of gigs. These include The Royal Albert Hall, Leeds Town Hall, Manchester Free Trade Hall.Southwark Cathedral, amongst others. He’s also worked with/for the BBC, Sky TV, Yorkshire Television and has been a professional musician since 1998. Pete - Keyboards  
Pete started his professional music career aged 19 playing sessions with Shakin Stevens and Haircut 100 and has played venues such as Liverpool, empire, Blackpool opera house, Harrogate Conference centre and many more. He has performed at hundreds of weddings, parties, events and worked as a session musician. 

Alan -Lead Guitar and Backing Vocals 
Alan is a fantastic guitar player and has played for many years across the UK and has performed with Ant & Dec at major corporate events as well as other events such as the Channel  5 charity ball. He has played weddings up and down the country and is regarded as one of the finest lead guitarists in the north of England. 

Damo - Drummer 
Damo has been playing drums from a very young age, performing at countless events from Weddings, Parties, and Corporate Events to Festivals. These  include Leeds Festival and Party in the Park, with artists such as Peter Andre and Louise Rednapp, leading to various recording sessions and live radio work at venues large and small up and down the country.
