The Underground Horns are powerful and exciting 3 piece horn section, playing funk, soul, disco and party pop with the best function bands and DJs in London. The section is made up of three full time London session players who regularly play around the country, as well as in Europe and the US. On alto sax is Rich 'Muscrat' Muskat, a soulful player who studied Jazz in New Orleans, he is also a big part of the Ska scene in London and the south east. The power house of the band is Andy Liddel on tenor sax, a regular with the big London function bands and a familiar face on the London Jazz scene. On trumpet is Joe 'Blisters' Jackson who, when not playing electro-swing around Europe, is a popular producer, session player and a band leader in his own right. The Underground Horns bring back the hard hitting horn sounds of the 60's and 70's to audiences around the country. They will bring excitement and good time vibes to any and every gig they play.
