Customer questions
Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?
Yes, our singer Ben will be performing for you and he is featured in all our videos with the exception of the A Slice of Toast promo video.
Do you have different line-up options?
All the songs we perform require a vocalist, guitar, bass and drums so we don't offer other line-up options.
What if my timings change after I've booked you?
We can accommodate timing changes. If these changes mean the performance has to go on beyond midnight we may have to charge a nominal "late finish" fee.
Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?
Yes, we're happy to play recorded music to keep the party going.
How much time do you need to set up?
Ideally, we like 2 hours to setup and sound check before the first note. We need a minimum of 4 metres square to set up in.
Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?
You are welcome to pick songs from our repertoire but we have developed a winning formula that gets the crowd up and keeps them dancing.
Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?
Yes. We provide everything required for the performance.
Can you learn song requests before the event?
Yes, we're happy to learn a song for you. We need to book rehearsal time for this so there is an additional fee of £200 for this service.
