Tiffany Vong is a Glasgow-based organist, harpsichordist and choral conductor. She is the Organist and Director of Music of Jordanhill Parish Church, where she directs the Church, Community and Liturgical choirs. Originally from Hong Kong, Tiffany was organ scholar at Glenalmond College, Perthshire, Oriel College, University of Oxford, and University of Glasgow. Tiffany completed a Master of Music at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland where she was generously supported by scholarships from the RCS Trust and ABRSM, studying principal study organ and second study harpsichord with David Hamilton and Jan Waterfield. Awards include the Governors’ Recital Prize for Keyboard (highly commended), Bach Prize (commended), Agnes Miller Harmony and Counterpoint Prize, and the British Reserve Insurance Prize for Early Music. She also studied for a Master of Music in Historically Informed Performance Practice jointly at the University of Glasgow and RCS. Tiffany works regularly as a conductor and accompanist with various choral groups including Kelvin Choir, University of Glasgow Choral Society, and Cunninghame Choir. Tiffany was involved in a production of Purcell's Dido and Aeneas (2019) with the University of Glasgow Opera Society as musical director and harpsichordist. She frequently collaborates with other musicians, previously performing with the Caccini Ensemble, Kellie Consort and NYOS Camerata. Tiffany is currently a member of the International Baroque Consort with whom she toured to the USA in 2022. As an organist, Tiffany has given recitals at venues such as the Caird Hall (Dundee), Ayr Town Hall, and University of St Andrews. Tiffany teaches the piano, organ, and harpsichord, and is a Visiting Music Teacher and Choral Music Assistant at St Aloysius' College, Glasgow, where she coaches choristers and directs the Schola Nova. She is also the Vice-President of the Glasgow Society of Organists and an Associate of the Royal College of Organists.

Tiffany arrived in good time and went on to do exactly as requested. She contacted me the week before the event in order to discuss our requirements. It was a pleasure to have her company at our Open Doors event and everyone enjoyed her playing.
