Customer questions
Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?
Yes. James and Scott are our singers. In the case of a change of lineup, we will notify you in advance. We ensure that our deps are also highly skilled musicians, so there will be no dip in quality.
Do you have different line-up options?
Whilst we are happy to discuss your requirements, our standard line-up is Vocals, Guitar, Bass, drums, Keys. Please do not hesitate to ask specific requirements, and we will let you know if we can accommodate your requests.
What if my timings change after I've booked you?
If your timings change after you have booked us, please contact us as soon as you are able. If the changes are small, this should not be a major issue with sufficient notice.
If you need to make significant changes, please contact us at your earliest convenience and we can discuss it in detail. Once again, we appreciate as much notice as possible.
Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?
We are happy to provide an iPod/aux cable playlist between sets. We are also happy to curate this playlist to help your event run smoothly.
How much time do you need to set up?
We usually set up about 1 hour before the performance time. As soon as our PA is set up we can provide a free playlist service to help set the atmosphere and get your guests ready for our live performance!
Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?
Whilst our playlists are predefined, we are happy to discuss and accommodate song requests. We aim to make your event work for you.
Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?
Our PA and instruments are included in our quote. We regret to say we do not currently provide lighting or other additional extras.
Can you learn song requests before the event?
If a song isn't included within our setlist, we are happy to discuss it with you. In many cases, we are happy to offer this at no additional cost.
