We saw the Hired Guns at our friends' wedding last year and straught away knew we had to book them for ours. The dance floor was packed all night with a lot of our guests saying they were the best band they had seen at a wedding! Si was great with communication beforehand and was very accommodating with our requests in terms of timings and setlists. If you want a jam packed dance floor all night at your wedding do not hesitate to book the Hired Guns!

An incredible way to finish our wedding night! We love indie music and didn't stop dancing all night. Really professional musicians, great communication in the build up and all the sound and lighting equipment was sorted without us even having to ask.\n\nTired legs the next day from pogoing around the room but so, so worth it!!

What do your clients love most about your performances?

Superb musicianship, full dancefloor, great setlist, energetic on stage performance.

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

See our "Meet the Hired Guns" video for a list of all the artists and venues we've played with and at previously. We've also played 1000s of functions between us so you can add a huge number of wedding and party venues to that list, too!

Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

We have 3 different singers in The Hired Guns as shown in our promotional videos and you can choose which play at your event (subject to availability at time of booking). These are the only singers that play for us.

Do you have different line-up options?

We offer the following standard line-ups: 3-PIECE: singing guitarist, bassist and drummer 4-PIECE: as above plus your choice of a second singing guitarist, saxophone or piano/keyboard 5-PIECE: as above plus your choice of any 2 from a second singing guitarist, saxophone or piano/keyboard

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We understand timings can change and things sometimes need to be flexible. Luckily, we're super flexible and happy to work with you to fit event timings - even on the night if necessary!

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

We always provide a free, software DJ service every time we play. This means we'll play music before, between and after we play until the agreed cut-off time to avoid any awkward silences! We have great contacts for superb live DJs should you want to add this as an option.

How much time do you need to set up?

We usually require an hour to set up, soundcheck and be ready to play. We always discuss our reqirements and all other details with you before the big day during our "final call" which we arrange for around a month prior to the event.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

We'll provide you with a setlist that we know works well, but also an extended repertoire from which to choose so we can make sure to cater to you and your guests' tastes. Full details will be discussed on our "final call" which we arrange for around a month prior to the event.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Our quotes include fully insured PA and lighting equipment required for your event, complete with safety certificates we can forward to your venue. The Hired Guns are covered for £10million of Public Liability, too, so rest assured this is all in hand.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

We will always learn a first dance or special request where possible free of charge. We can accommodate additional specific song requests but please inquire before booking.
