Using an assortment of loop stations, harmony pedals and other clever tricks they create the atmosphere, sound and groove of a full five-piece band. Nano and Larissa are both London based session musicians who have completed degrees in music. They have been working professionally for over seven years. The SwanLock Duo formed in early 2014 and have since done over 300 successful gigs. This is one of their proudest projects, and they guarantee to get your crowd dancing and your party moving.

The Swanlock duo were amazing for our wedding reception. The first set was perfect for guests to relax and enjoy as background music, then the party really started with the second set. They took our request for our first dance and did an amazing job! Thanks guys for being the perfect addition to our special day!

The Swanlock duo were amazing and really made the whole day. We had a few hiccups sorting out our wedding and had to do some last minute re-planning but Larissa was brilliant and really willing to adapt - given how stressful wedding planning can be this was worth its weight in gold. We were so pleased we could make something work and it really did make the difference. Larissa is a hugely talented singer who has a massive set list and the vocal skills to match. We and so many of our guests felt having them there really made the whole wedding party pop and get people in the right groove. 100% recommend! Matt & Andy

The Swanlock duo were amazing. I could not fault their passion on the stage, their performance standard and quality they were brilliant and OMG Larissa can sing she was exactly what we wanted, very impressive. They were extremely accommodating of our guests using the microphone for speeches and the kids absolutely loved them. At one point they had them all up stage singing an dancing. The song we picked for the first dance was executed flawlessly

What do your clients love most about your performances?

The sound we create with direct pedals to make us sound like a band instead of two people. The energy we put into the performance.

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

We’ve done everything from pub gigs to many weddings abroad such as Croatia, France, Italy, Greece and Thailand

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

We listen to all kind of music and play songs from all areas.

Do you have different line-up options?

Yes we do. Our standard line- up is vocals and looping guitar. You can add either a sax or cajon to make it to a trio and we also have a cajon and dj package where you get cajon throughout the live performance and Dj.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We are very flexible and any changes are no problem at all, we know things can change during the day.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Absolutely. This is included in the standard quote. If you want us to continue till the end of the night we can los do this for an extra fee.

How much time do you need to set up?

We give ourselves an hour but it normally don’t take longer than 20-30min.

Can you roam around while you perform?

Not really. As we are a looping duo we need all different pedals. If you only want guitar and vivas the it’s not problem.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

You can suggest songs you like and don’t like and I will tailor a set to your suggestions.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Yes we include pa and lights

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Yes. One request is included in the price.
