Long-established on the Midlands pub and party gigging scene, The Warning line-up comprises 5 of the nicest guys you could meet and includes a vast array of musical experience and expertise. We have an ever-expanding repertoire of songs, and, if you give us enough Warning we can even learn and perform your favourite track from scratch - then maybe even invite you on stage to play or sing with us at your event! Our set-list includes a huge range of sensational rock and indie classics from bands like Foo Fighters, Thin Lizzy, Killers, Green Day, Black Keys, and Queen, with plenty of contemporary numbers from bands like The Pretty Reckless and The Offspring. We can throw in a few rock and roll oldies like Johnny Kidd and the Pirates, and love to 'rock-up' some awesome 80s pop classics including Duran Duran, Pet Shop Boys, Kim Wilde and even Abba! Our frontman does a great line in audience chat to keep the party going, and everyone (except the drummer!) has wireless instruments/mics so can literally get lost in the crowd while we are playing our set! We have full public liability insurance and provide all our own gear including lights, PA and background interval soundtrack; everything you need to make your event an unforgettable music, dance and singalong party!

A Rocking Success! Unforgettable Night with The Warning. Our recent client event in Warwickshire was taken to new heights thanks to the phenomenal performance of The Warning. Customer questions

What do your clients love most about your performances?

There's no doubt about it, our clients love the variety of our set lists and song choices most of all. We can deliver everything from Abba to Black Sabbath, giving everything that indie/rock n' roll energy. Also, guests love it that we all play wirelessly (except the drummer!), so you might see the band joining you on the dance floor while we play!

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

Between the five of us and all the experience we have amassed over the years, we have played in thousands of venues across the Midlands, the wider UK, and even overseas.

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

Our front-man Mike T always pays tribute to Freddy Mercury and David Bowie as his musical idols. Maybe our drummer Rich would say Animal from the Muppets?

Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

Yes! Mike T has been our frontman for about 7 or 8 years, and we wouldn't be The Warning without him! With fabulous rock and roll vocals and as a master of crowd banter, Mike loves nothing better than hitting the dance floor during the band's set and getting the audience to join in with vocals on his wireless microphone!

Do you have different line-up options?

The Warning have got so good at what we do by sticking to a magical formula that works. We are a 5-piece guitar band and that is how we perform.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

Timings are no problem at all. We are super-flexible and are there to make your life easier and more fun! When you book The Warning you have us for the whole evening or afternoon - just keep us in the loop and we will always be delighted to work with you.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes of course, we can deliver background music from a standalone system - meaning we can start as soon as we arrive and it can be the last thing we pack away at the end of the event. We can play a playlist of our own, or you can Bluetooth to our system and play whatever you want and be your own DJ's!

How much time do you need to set up?

We usually allow an hour to set up and soundcheck. If needed we can soundcheck and start our first set straight away, we would just need that first song to juggle the levels around a little. It takes us about half an hour to clear up and get out once we have finished our performance.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

You can request as many songs as you like from our set list, and also at least one or two new ones for us to learn if you have any specific requests! Building a set list is not as easy as it sounds though, so we will compile the best selection of songs for your event. If there are some songs that you definitely DON'T want then of course just let us know!

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Yes, we bring everything with us that you need to make the party rock! This includes a full PA and lighting, all we need is a standard electrical socket within reasonable vicinity of the playing area. We can fit into any space from a big stage to someone's back garden.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

We can always try, as long as you give us enough time! We love doing this as it is a fantastic way for us to increase our repertoire, very often with songs that we would never choose ourselves!
