The Vents

The Vents can cater for all your entertainment needs. With the ability to have a solo line up right through to a full band, they can adapt to any event. Their broad repertoire of songs and their willingness to play your special requests, Make them a good choice for either background or upbeat music for any event. Individually, members of the band have worked with many experienced music producers, songwriters and musicians, including: Anthony Westgate (producer and song writer for Miley Cyrus), Jim Kimball (session guitarist for Aerosmith, Kelly Clarkson and Justin Timberlake), and John Halliday (producer and songwriter for The Candyskins). They are regulars on the festival and University circuits and have shared the billing as a support act to household names including The Sugababes and UB40, Alice Cooper, and Radio 1 favourites The 1975. They have also toured with indie bands Get Cape, Wear Cape, Fly and Four Star Mary (who wrote songs for Buffy The Vampire Slayer) and Boy Hits Car (WWE Soundtrack). And they've played at weddings, countless corporate events, and private parties. The Vents are an extremely professional outfit, yet with a fun and relaxed approach. They're very flexible and are happy to play requests, with advance notice. The band's guitarist Gareth also happens to be a professional DJ. His vast music library of over 40,000 songs (and counting!) will make sure all your musical requirements are met and will also be in contact with you prior to the event, to make sure he gets everything just right!
