Do you have different line-up options?
you can choose from 2,3,4 or 5 piece ensembles. Our most popular is a trio or quartet. A duo would be most suitable for background music, and a 5 piece is great for a bit of extra Oomph!
Duo - Singer/Guitarist and one brass instrument
Trio - Singer Guitarist, 2x brass OR 1 brass & 1 drums
Quartet - Singer/Guitarist, 2 brass & 1 drums
5-pc - add 1 brass
What if my timings change after I've booked you?
We always try our best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let us know.
Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?
You are welcome to plug your Ipod into our PA for background music before/during performances at no cost to you, but we do not offer this service after our performance.
How much time do you need to set up?
Usually, for walkaround stilt performances, we are self contained with our own equipment. from arriving on site to starting our performance can be done in less than an hour. Please provide a non-public area for us to get ready and get on our stilts - a couple of sturdy chairs will be needed for this too!
Can you roam around while you perform?
This is our speciality. We can move around your event, making sure that everyone is included.
Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?
Our set lists are crafted from countless performances and learning what works best to ensure guests dance and have an amazing time. However, we're definitely happy to chat through and make sure we find what works for your event
Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?
We will provide all sound equipment (though we are happy to use yours where it will be beneficial and practical for both parties) but we do not provide lighting. At most of our performances, lighting is not necessary, and we are a roaming act.
Can you learn song requests before the event?
If there is a song you simply must have, let us know in advance and we'll try to learn it. Between us, we have encyclopaedic knowledge of popular music from the 60s to present, so there's a chance we'll know many of your requests. Feel free to ask for something 'off the cuff' and we'll have a go - this is one of our specialities!
What do your clients love most about your performances?
We're very tall, very silly and we'll play songs you know and love in a way you've never heard before. We love to take your requests - the cheesier and dafter the better!
Which venues have you performed at in the past?
We have performed all over the world, including numerous Formula1 racing events and Major sporting events. We also performed at the 2012 Paralympics, as well as public events, castles, stately homes, festivals, restaurants, weddings, birthdays - even in people's back gardens!
Which artists have you been most influenced by?
Too many to mention - we take our influence from anywhere and everywhere - From Mozart to 80s TV Adverts and theme tunes! We are particularly partial to 90s pop and dance music though!
What is the most high profile gig you've performed?
It's a toss up between the London 2012 Paralympics, and the Bahrain F1 Grand Prix weekend, which we've performed at many times!
