Customer questions
Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?
It will always be Victoria Francis in the line up as she is the managing director & founder of the band (Victoria is the one on the right in the promo videos) she works with either Ellen(Ellen is the girl on left in promo video)or Holly or Gemma who are the other girls who work in this band too depending on other bookings within V.F Productions and holidays
Do you have different line-up options?
It is always 2 female lead vocalists.
But we can add either Sax , Trumpet and/or A Male vocalist to line up for additional charages.
What if my timings change after I've booked you?
that no problem as long as we are notified in advance that we can work around your plans.
Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?
yes we can do this ourselves from our own laptop on shuffle thought general mix of styles or you can provide us with a pre made playlist of your own on either iPod, phone, usb or laptop that we can play for you through our PA system. Please be sure if using iPhone with no headphone socket you bring your addapotor.
How much time do you need to set up?
ideally 1 hour and a half before guests arrive as we like to be set up and out the way so we do not have guests listening to sound checks or we get in the way trying to get gear in etc. its a nicer wow factor to have the band pre set. If that means set up is very early before 5pm then we require you provide band with refreshments ( food and drink)
Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?
we do have a rather set playlist we do thats been tried and tested over time but we also read our audience and adapt if they seem to like certain styles over others. we can pre send you a set list for the night and if there Is anything particular you would like us to add then please do tell us in plenty of notice and we shall do our very best to learn it.
Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?
yes all equipment is included.
Can you learn song requests before the event?
yes as long as its arrange with plenty of notice and is a key that is suitable for a lead singers to sing, we will endeavour to learn your favourite song.
