The Spoils are a high energy pop, rock and funk band who guarantee to get the crowd dancing with their excellent and professional performances. If you're looking for a fun band that celebrates classic tunes in their own signature style, The Spoils will get everyone on their feet partying the night away. With impressive female lead vocals fronting the band, The Spoils also boasts two male vocalists who share lead vocal duties which allows the band to cover a wide selection of musical classics. Rounding out their sound are lead guitar, bass, keys and drums creating a stellar 5-piece line up which can be expanded to include a brilliant brass section. From current chart-toppers like Dua Lipa and Bruno Mars, to musical legends like AC/DC, Dolly Parton and Stevie Wonder, The Spoils are confident that there will always be something for everyone during their high energy gigs! The Spoils have been performing for 9 years, providing live entertainment for weddings, parties, celebrations and large scale events across the South Coast. With a wealth of experience behind them, TheSpoils are proud to have played Victorious Festival several times, as well as various other South Coast festivals including Wickham Festival and Portsmouth Pride. Some of their favourite gigs have been for the Armed Forces based in the South performing for their Christmas and Summer celebrations. Their most interesting venues have included playing the top deck of the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth and travelling on very choppy waters to one of the Napoleonic Forts in the Solent for Halloween!

Customer questions

Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

Nathalie is the lead singer for ‘The Spoils’. In addition, we have a number of singers available who meet ‘The Spoils’ image and standards of performance. We will always inform client prior to booking if we will need to deputise our singer.

Do you have different line-up options?

Yes, ‘The Spoils’ are available in a variety of line ups from a solo singer up to a 7 piece band consisting of Vocals, Guitar, Keyboards, Saxophone, Trumpet, Bass and Drums.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

Please let us know of any changes you will need to make so we can update the performance agreement in place. We may need to update any agreed fee, but we will discuss any details in full with you.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes, as standard we will provide a playlist service through the band’s PAGE between sets. There may be an additional fee if you would like this service to continue after the band have finished their performance.

How much time do you need to set up?

90 minutes is ideal for us to set up and complete a full sound check. We do understand that discerner events such as weddings can come with limiting factors here. Please always discuss this with us in advance and we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

As standard, you can choose up to 6 songs from our repertoire to add to our set. We always ask if there are songs you would like us to not play. We do ask that you put some trust in our process. We have years of experience playing hundreds of events and set lists are built to provide the best experience for you and your guests.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Yes, PA and lighting is included in our quotes for events of up to 400 people. Larger events may require a larger PA system and lighting which will require an additional fee.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

We offer ‘first dance’ service where the band will learn and perform your song of choice. The fee for this service is £135. If you have other song requests there may be a chance we already know it, please discuss this with us prior to booking as an additional fee for songs not in our repertoire may be required.
