The Singing Wedding Waiters show involves our team posing as venue or catering staff during your wedding breakfast. Towards the end of the main course* (if you’re having a sit-down meal), we’ll break into a ‘surprise’ performance lasting 30-40 minutes. The performance starts with a high-energy number, then it's all about songs that get everyone involved. Our goal is to create a vibrant and interactive atmosphere that gets everyone buzzing. If you’d like to discuss song choices in more detail, we’re happy to help. We cover all genres, though we have some tried-and-tested favourites that work perfectly. What an absolute find the secret singing waiter was. He did an absolutely amazing job and got everyone up singing. The mood just changed in the room and all the formal stuffiness left and the atmosphere was brilliant! Highly recommended.

We had Ian at our wedding a couple of weeks ago and he was superb! Everyone was singing and dancing at it made the day. Really good voice too!

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

That's absolutely fine. We will work with you and your venue to make the day perfect.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

No, sorry that not something we offer.

How much time do you need to set up?

Approx. 30 mins however we can we ready to go in an instant if necessary.

Can you roam around while you perform?

Yes, we always do!

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

We will advise you and recommend songs as ours is an interactive performance and not all songs work in this situation. We have tried and tested our sets over many years and we know what works best.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Yes, we provide radio mics and a PA system.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Yes providing we have enough notice and the song is suitable for a singing waiter performance.
