Experienced, professional string quartet who have performed at many stunning wedding venues over the years at venues from the Town Hall Hotel in London to the magnificent Hardwick Hall in the East Midlands. Corporate entertainment gigs have included a large Nottinghamshire lawyer firm and RAF formal balls in Lincolnshire among many others. Our players are all professional freelance musicians, musically trained at top colleges and university level who come together with the specific aim of enhancing your wedding or special event with their gorgeous string sound.

They brought me to tears by performing the Disney Hit 'Let It Go'. I booked them there and then and am so thankful for that day! They couldn't do more for us: they learned all our Disney requests and are just the loveliest people. Customer questions

Do you have different line-up options?

Our line up is the classic & classy string quartet of 2 violins, viola and cello. This gives a richer and fuller sound than string trios or duos, and our bespoke music arrangements make the most of the quartet’s rich sound.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We will try our best to accommodate your new timings!

How much time do you need to set up?

Half an hour is the minimum time needed, but we always strive to arrive at least and hour before we’re needed and sometimes earlier as we’re sticklers for “getting to the church (or other venue) on time!”

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

You choose your own set lists from our play list. Bespoke string quartet arrangements can be made especially for you for a small additional fee.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes! All we need from the venue are 4 flat seated chairs (not folding) with no arms plus more space than often anticipated in which to perform - a string quartet needs 3m x 3m.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

We always try our utmost to make special requests happen. We enjoy making bespoke arrangements for our clients and charge £35 per song arrangement which includes rehearsal time to make sure the music sounds as good as it possibly can when played by the rich sounds of a string quartet.

What do your clients love most about your performances?

We often get comments about how beautiful our covers of favourite songs sound when played by string quartet. It is always a pleasant surprise and helps to create a relaxed and happy atmosphere to any occasion.

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

Many wedding venues in the East Midlands and we have so many favourites: Stubton Hall, Hardwick Hall, Newstead Abbey are particular favourites plus outdoor venues like The Walled Garden, as well as numerous hotels and churches.

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

We are classically trained musicians who happen to also love rock and pop music! Our influences are many from Bach to the Beatles Mozart to Bruno Mars, Gershwin to Guns ‘n’ Roses!

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

Our corporate clients have included the RAF Officers’ Ball and a top Lawyer firm, among many others. In 2019 we were asked to play at a stunning wedding in London as news about us spreads further than the East Midlands.
