Customer questions
Do you have different line-up options?
Our regular line-up would include 4 musicians with a mixture of: vocals, guitar, drums, bass (acoustic or electric), violin. We can also provide trumpet, piano or saxophone for an extra charge.
What if my timings change after I've booked you?
We try our best to be flexible and understanding on your special occasion, all we need is to be informed.
Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?
Yes!!! No one ever asks us but we would love to. Thanks for asking.
How much time do you need to set up?
We like to be at the venue at least an hour before, mainly to assess the cake situation though we may only take 1/2 hour or 20 minutes to set up.
Can you roam around while you perform?
This can depend on the venue and if we're plugged in or not but we can be as portable as we need to be.
Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?
Yes, we would much rather you tell us the songs you like than have to guess!!! We also take requests but will try to limit them to only learning a couple of new songs per event.
Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?
No, unfortunately we rely on the venues to provide PA and Lighting.
Can you learn song requests before the event?
Yes, though this may be limited to only a couple if we don't know them. If there is a long list of songs you would like that we don't know, we may charge a small fee to learn them all in time.
