The Romanzas

The Romanzas are an experienced party and event band playing your favourite Pop, Indie and Rock hits. Formed in 2020, lifelong friends Lionel Cutmore (Vocals, Bass), Dan Minshull (Vocals, Guitar), Pye Kassiri (Guitar, Vocals) and Mark McComish (Drums, Vocals) bring to life beloved songs from the last six decades. They are a group of seasoned and young-spirited musicians with many years of musical experience. The well-rehearsed group of accomplished professionals is showcased by tight harmonies, a rock solid rhythm section and soaring lead guitar. The Romanzas draw on a diverse setlist that not only includes cover band standards, but also many popular songs which are overlooked by most of the retrospective bands out there today. Their high-energy shows are rounded out with professional sound equipment that can cover any size event from intimate venues or small pubs to grand ballrooms and outdoor concerts. Currently one of the most popular function bands in the area, The Romanzas are perfectly suited towards a range of events including parties, wedding receptions and corporate events. We are more than happy to work with you to plan all of the details of your event to make sure it is exactly how you envision it and our price also includes learning one special song that may be personal to you. Included in our quoted price is professional sound and light equipment that can cover any size venue for your event. All of our travel costs are also included. If you’d be interested in a DJ service to keep your guests dancing after the set, we’re happy to offer this for an additional £100.
