The Reminders are a trio of experienced musicians playing a mix of upbeat Pop, Rock/Indie and Electro classics from throughout the decades to dance to - perfect for Parties, Weddings, Functions and Festivals! They have each played in many different acts over the years including bands that have toured North America and Europe, and had national radio airplay on BBC Radio Two. Now, together as a trio, The Reminders have been creating a great name for themselves over the past few years as a high quality, high energy, affordable act on the function scene - playing at numerous events and functions throughout the UK. The Reminders use their own specially made bass and drum backline tracks and then play Keyboard/Piano, Guitar and Vocals/Harmonies live over the top to give that 'full party' sound! A mix of lead Female and Male Vocals, together with superb harmonies enhance their repetoire, with superb musicianship to back it up and give a great sound. Friendly, accommodating and engaging individuals, they have a wide range of top songs from different era's to suit the right vibe! All packages include a top quality P.A system, Lighting and the option of background Spotify Playlist songs when the band are not playing live. The Reminders played at my wife's birthday party and were brilliant! They kept the tempo upbeat all night and got everybody dancing. We had really good feedback and they were spot on for what we were after. Great song choices!

Great band. Played at the evening of our Wedding and were fab. Were really friendly and accommodating throughout and learnt our first dance for us as well. Loads of comments about how good they were and would highly recommend as a Wedding band. X

What do your clients love most about your performances?

Our song choices to get the Party really going! A wide range of hits from throughout the decades in different styles - something for everyone! We are also friendly, professional in our set up and performance and create a great atmosphere!

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

Lots of Weddings, Private Functions/Parties and Festivals throughout the UK. Our Guitarist has also previously performed at festivals in North America and Europe in front of Thousands of people. He also wrote songs that have received airplay on BBC Radio 2.

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

Lots of Melodic Pop/Rock and Soul artists ranging from Chic, Queen, The Human League right through to Oasis and The Killers. We basically love anything with a good, melodic, upbeat drive!

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

We have performed at a large amount of Private Functions and events as a trio, getting the room dancing! Our Guitarist also played at a festival in Canada to 10000 people in a previous band!

Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

In the vast majority of cases yes. We have a settled line up. In the unusual circumstance that our singer cannot make it due to illness etc, then we have other people who have deputise for us before who we can look at asking. This is very rare though.

Do you have different line-up options?

We have a settled 'party' line up as a trio. We can look at other options with enough notice though such as an acoustic duo if required.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

If things change, then just give us as much notice as possible please and we will be as accommodating as we possibly can to meet your needs.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes we can provide Spotify Playlists before, between and after our sets if required. If given enough notice, then we can tailor it to the songs you request.

How much time do you need to set up?

Usually around 1 hour to 90 minutes.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

We have a range of songs that we play and if you choose in advance, then you can pick specific songs from our list. We can also learn new ones, but only if given enough notice.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Yes

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Yes, with enough notice given.
