Reggae band

Formed in 2018, The Reggulites set themselves a mission: To bring great reggae music to people's lives and leave them feeling happy. To us, the whole point of reggae music is to give the audience that genuine experience of everything reggae means: from the consciousness of hard hitting roots, to the light-hearted early reggae of Island and Trojan records, right up to the modern day sensations and dancehall hits that we all love. The Reggulites came together as a musical family, and unity and love underpin everything that we do. Over the past five years, the band have grown and refined their performance to bring you the highest quality of Reggae. We will give you a vibrant and fun stage performance with tight music and reggae vibes that will leave you dancing and singing tomorrow. Each member comes together to produce quality and The Reggulites guarantee an authentic experience of the Reggae genre, covered and arranged with a Reggulites twist. Each member of the band has vast musical experience, from being classically trained, to performing in theatre or with the big names of the genre we love. Lead vocalist, Sugar, is an exhilarating showman who never fails to engage an audience of any size, age or purpose. His vocals are rich and versatile, and he is able to turn himself to any vocal challenge the band undertakes, from deep, soulful lovers rock tracks to the fast-paced and agile chat of the dancehall music we play. Our most recent addition to our line up is backing vocalist Dawn, who’s stage presence is unparalleled and who’s vocal talent meets and combines with Sugar’s to create a rich tapestry of harmony that has taken the whole sound of the band to new dimensions. Our brass section includes two sisters; Anna and Helen, who provide a seamless and extremely precise deliverance of the amazing horn lines that reggae music champions. The backing of the band includes talented musicians from all backgrounds and musical experience, that use their unique abilities to tailor The Reggulites sound and reflect the diverse and florid personality of the band in the music we create. When booking the band, you will notice a distinct cut above the rest in our professionalism and communication. We are meticulous in our arrangement and refinement of bookings and are always here to ask as many questions as you need to, or to assist wherever we can. A smooth and uncomplicated booking is always our aim and we will always do our utmost to provide the best service we possibly can from the start of your booking to the end of our performance.

Amazing band. Played at our wedding. Every single guest complimented on how great the band was. Some of the cover songs were actually better than the originals. I will be definitely looking out for their future gigs to attend.
