The Reel Hoosewives Ceilidh Band

The best ceilidh band you ever did see! We Reel Hoosewives are proud to offer a professional, friendly service for weddings, parties and events of all descriptions. Chris, our lead fiddle player, is a classically trained violinist with over a decade of experience playing at ceilidhs. John is a music teacher by trade with a Bachelors in guitar performance from the RSAMD and is an absolutely brilliant and versatile musician. Zara, our caller, has a background in acting and musical theatre; she's a gifted natural on the microphone and adept at getting everybody up and dancing. Joe, our drummer, has toured with rock groups up and down the country and ties the whole ensemble together beautifully. We've been gigging for a few years and have loved every minute of it. From boatsheds on Kerrera to the Library Rooms on Edinburgh's Royal mile (both are certainly highlights), we love bringing smiles to people's faces. And we're good at it, too!
