The Band were fab and Lizzi was great engaging with the guests. The only downside was that we were expecting a different singer, Kelly who I had made all the arrangements with and confirmed timings. It wasn’t until a few days before when Tara contacted me asking about all the timings again that we found out that Kelly wasn’t available. But from then on communication was great and the Band turned up on time and were very professional and engaging, sorting out PA systems for speeches and background music. So, overall a good experience and we would highly recommend the Pure Tones for your party. ❤️

Fantastic band! Everyone who attended had the best time dancing to some great music. Communication was really good and they even learned a couple of new songs we wanted for our party. Don't have any negatives may definitely consider booking Pure Tones again in the future!

Customer questions

Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

As a top level outfit we have several professional understudies that are of an equal standard, this is to assist with last minute illness or absenteeism. Video(s) examples can be seen in the main section.

Do you have different line-up options?

Our line up is a four piece consisting of Vocals, Bass, Guitar and Drums.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We are very happy to adapt within reason to the clients needs. If the timings change slightly in the run up to the event please just get in contact and we will be as accommodating as we can. As an experienced band we are used to situations where things do not always run to schedule. We are happy to work with your time schedule that evolves on the night.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

We can provide a Spotify playlist of either our making or the clients to play before, during the break and for a short time afterwards. If a DJ is required we can try and source one for you, and they would liaise with you directly regarding their fee.

How much time do you need to set up?

We would require a minimum of 1 1/2 hours to set up and sound check prior to the start time. As soon as our PA is set up we can provide a free playlist service to help set the atmosphere and get your guests ready for our live performance.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Our set lists are crafted from countless performances and learning what works best to ensure guests dance and have an amazing time. However, we're definitely happy to chat through and make sure we find what works for your event.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Yes we provide a fully professional all inclusive PA and lights service. All electrical equipment comes fully PAT tested too.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

We are happy to do song requests if we already know the song. If we have to learn a song that would require peoples time and rehearsal room expense so there would be a minimal fee of £100. Or we can play your requested song on the Spotify setlist. Please consult with us on booking if you require this service.
