Formed in Sidmouth in Devon, 3 piece Pop and R&B cover band ‘The Naughty Steps’ have chemistry and energy in spades. (Singer) Zak Robinson, (Bassist) Finn Swann and (Drummer) Pascal Bisson all went to school together and bonded over their love of music and specifically the songs that were coming out at the time. A perfect palette for an amazing wedding band or a party, you’ll find it impossible not to lose yourself in the music and dance the night away. - Our front man Zak Robinson has three years of singing and performing training under his belt at acclaimed Drama School 'Trinity Laban' in London. His stage presence is electric and his rich vocals have been compared to the likes of Elvis and Leonard Cohen. He has over 7 years of guitar experience and has been singing all of his life. - Our Bassist Finn Swann is a natural musical talent and when he's playing the bass it feels like an extension of his arm. A cool, calm and collected musician as all good bassists should be. With over 7 years of experience playing, he's groovy and reliable. - Our Drummer Pascal Bisson has over 14 years of experience playing the drums. Rhythm is in his blood and you've never seen someone more happy to be up on stage playing along side his best mates. As soon as you hear his tight grooves it's infectious and you'll be up dancing in no time. The Naughty Steps charisma is undeniable and they really bring the joy back to all of your favourite tunes. The Naughty Steps were absolutely amazing for our wedding. Really nice genuine guys and great musicians! From booking them to the wedding day, they were great at staying in contact with us. We asked them to play a particular song for our first dance and they played it beautifully and sent me a recording of it prior to the day so we could listen. We couldn’t have been happier that we booked them. They were fun, polite and a really amazing band. I would recommend them to anyone for fun vibes on the dance floor and great music. So many of our guests commented how much they enjoyed dancing and listening to them play. Thank you so much!!

The Naughty Steps played at my partners 50th Birthday party back in the summer. Many people said it was the best party they had ever been to! And we did excel on many levels. But these guys entered into the spirit of the night in spectacular fashion and went above and beyond what was expected of them. The party would not/could not, have been any better with any other band. Love these guys and wish them everything they deserve. I have a motto of “never recommend” in case you can’t then get who you want, when you want, but in this case...

We booked the naughty steps for my 50th party held in a marquee. I can honestly say that they made the party! Their wonderful energy was infectious they gave it 110% and of course sounded amazing. My guests (and us) were totally blown away. They were delightful to deal with and made it all incredibly straightforward. Book them now before they hit the big time!

What do your clients love most about your performances?

From talking to many of our clients after our sets they often comment on the energy we bring to the table and the synchronicity we have as a band. The crowd are usually up dancing after the first song. We also bring heaps Joy to the music we make, which can be translated in the audience reaction. They also comment on how nostalgic all the songs we play are.

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

Playing at The old Fire house in Exeter. We had 100 people watching and dancing that night, many of which heard us from outside the venue and decided to come in and watch.

Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

Yes, Our singer and frontman will be same for every event. Zak has three years of singing and theatre training, so he strives to deliver consistent and high quality vocals for each performances.

Do you have different line-up options?

Our line-up is as follows: Singer/guitarist (Zak Robinson) Bassist (Finn Swann) Drummer/Singer (Pascal Bisson).

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We are open to being flexible with timings. We will understand if you need to change the times on the day. If timings change on the lead up to the event just let us know in advance and we'll be happy to adjust.

How much time do you need to set up?

It will take around 1 hours to set up before the performance if we are using our own PA system. If the PA is in house it will take around 45 mins to and hour to set up.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

We will have a specific set list for the event, but we are always open to requests and specific song choices. We craft our set list to design the perfect mood for your event, With reliable upbeat tunes that everybody will be familiar with.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

If there is a specific song you'd want us to learn before your event ie. the first dance or your favourite song, we'll be happy to learn it before the event for an extra fee of £20. This is to take into account the rehearsal time spent learning the song.
