The Loops are four experienced professional musicians based in and around London. Between us we’ve played winter seasons in the Alps, livened up countless weddings and other events here in the UK and toured Europe and the USA. We’ve been playing together as The Loops since 2006, honing our unique blend of dynamic instrumentation and pitch-perfect harmonies to cover everything from all-out rock to breezy vintage pop classics. Nowadays most of our shows are a mixture of corporate clients and weddings, and amongst them we’ve had the pleasure of entertaining at the Henley Regatta, Blenheim Palace, Newbury Horse Races, Claridges Hotel, Guide Dogs for the Blind, Jameson Irish Whiskey, Northamptonshire Cricket Club, Badminton Horse Trails and the Kop Hill Climb Classic Car Festival; though no show is too large or too small. Where there is a crowd to entertain, we’re there!

I can’t fault our experience with The Loops - they were absolutely fantastic!! Such a talented group of guys and so lovely to deal with. Communication with the band was faultless and reassuring the entire time in the lead up to my event and they made my party really special! It was my 50th birthday party and they had everyone dancing and we were all blown away by how good they sounded. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to book them again if we have another event. 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

The Loops were exactly what we wanted and delivered a brilliant set. We had done a lot of research before booking so it was important to us that the band were spot on and they were. They are great musicians who can all sing and play to a really high standard. They are versatile and their setlist was brilliant, We were able to choose the songs too. Good bunch of lads, friendly and good with the crowd. Highly recommended

What do your clients love most about your performances?

People *always* love these 4 points • Very high-quality performances • Super wide repertoire (enabled by our 3 lead vocalists) • "Sounds amazing, just like a 'real' gig" - an actual quote 🙂 • Genuine audience engagement - and we encourage requests!

Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

We have *3* lead vocalists which gives us a diverse sound and very wide repertoire. In the very rare occurrence illness strikes one of us down, you'll always have at least 2 of our 3 vocalists, and it will be the same agreed song list.

Do you have different line-up options?

We are best as the 4 piece due to the very wide range of material, enabled by our 3 lead vocalists! However, we can perform as duos: 2x Singer/Guitarist or Singer/Guitarist + percussion, or as a classic 'power trio'. For special occasions we can bring in a pianist for synth and piano heavy sets. Please ask for custom pricing for these other line-ups.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

Typically, if arrival and departure times don't differ by more than an hour each way, this is included. Some 'waiting around' time is expected and accounted for in the standard price. However, times vary too much, or there is significant waiting around time it may incur an additional charge and could affect availability of personnel.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes we can provide background music before, between sets, and after our performance. This is a really popular request and we offer this as standard within our quote. If you'd like a DJ service for after our final set, please discuss with us for a quote tailored to your timings.

How much time do you need to set up?

For a full event including lighting and decent sound check, 1.5 hours is required. We would always recommend a sound check before, but for smaller setups with minimal lighting, 1 hour setups can be achieved with careful coordination.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Yes! We learn new songs all the time so please ask for an updated list

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Yes, all sound and lighting equipment is provided. If you have DJ playing after we have finished, they will normally use their own sound system. We can stay and keep the PA (and lighting) setup for the DJ to use at extra cost.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Yes! We are all experienced musicians and may have individually played the song already, and just need a quick run through together so it's always worth asking. If it is new to all of us and we think we can do a good version, we are always open to learning new material is we think we can do the song justice.
