Absolutely fab band for our 40th bday party. We had a blast! Everyone was up on their feet and they really got the party going. Would highly recommend!!

These lads were great and went down an absolute storm at my parents’ party. Happy to mix the old with the new and kept everyone entertained. Brilliant repertoire of music and cracking lads as well, they were more than happy to help with announcements etc and chatting to guests and getting involved in the party.

We asked the Left Backs to play our wedding on the recommendation of a family member who loves watching them play in Liverpool. We couldn’t have asked for a better band, they had everyone up dancing all night & so many people asked where we had found them! All three boys are lovely & made our wedding evening (especially when the trumpet came out!) Couldn’t recommend them more!

Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

Yes. Always.

Do you have different line-up options?

Our standard line-up is a 3 piece (3 vocals, 2 guitars, bass and foot percussion), but we do offer a 4 piece option with full drum kit.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We try our best to be flexible. The sooner you let us know any changes in timings, the more likely it is that we will be able to accommodate you.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes!

How much time do you need to set up?

30 minutes minimum.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Of course!

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Yes.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Of course!

What do your clients love most about your performances?

We have a great sense of humour with each other and the crowd. We don't like to sit there and look miserable, we like to get everyone involved and having a great time. That's what music and performing is really all about isn't it?

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

We have performed at a variety of venues and events including Belfast City Hall, Stormont, The Royal Court Theatre Liverpool, The 2014 Giro d'Italia, The Capstone Theatre, The Titanic Hotel, and various pubs and clubs around Liverpool including The Jacaranda, Zanzibar, The Liffey, Lanigans and similar places.

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

We love The Beatles, The Four Freshmen and any other group with excellent vocal harmonies. We also love bands like Thin Lizzy, Motely Crue and similar hard rock bands, as well as Django Reinhardt and old-fashioned Gypsy Jazz. It really is quite an eclectic mix!

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

We have performed at a number of high profile events, including Sound City, The 2014 Giro d'Italia, The 2019 Liverpool Hope Play Writing Award, and both the 2018 and 2019 Liverpool Leaders Awards.
