The JimJams are Jami on Ukelele, Vocals and Percussion and James on Double Bass, Vocals and Percussion. Jami is from the original casts of Choir of Man and Love Never Dies while James is a multi-instrumentalist composer for the likes of Christian Louboutin amongst others. Together, the JimJams bring a delicious new twist to all your favourite songs and cover every genre from pop to folk, gypsy to jazz and everything in between. We pride ourselves on always getting the dancefloor cooking and are partial to an audience singalong too.

We booked the JimJams for a 50th birthday party, and couldn't have chosen a more perfect band for the occasion. Jami and James performed with charm, warmth and humour, their sound is so lovely and unique, their harmonies sensational. They truly made the occasion so very special and everyone had such a fantastic time. I can't recommend them enough!

The band was fantastic, even with just two people their gravitas was outstanding. They flexed their approach to suit the audience and the feedback from those who attended was great. We will have them back in a heartbeat!

The Jim Jams are great fun and talented musicians . Their music appealed to a wide age range 20-60s. Everyone was up dancing , we can’t wait to welcome them back .

“We first saw Jami and James in a pub close to where we used to live. We immediately booked them for our wedding owing to their talent and the energy they brought to their performance. This was one of, if not the best decision we made for our wedding. In the build up they were so helpful with helping us curate the music and handled all the technical bits which took pressure off us. The two of them even learned the music for our first dance, combining two versions of our favourite song. It was such a special day and they were a huge part of making it so. All of our guests came up to us and said how good they were, both with their performance and the DJ’ing they did in the evening. We cannot commend or thank the two of them enough!"

The JimJams - Music, Magic & Pure Joy! The JimJams played at my 60th birthday garden party and were absolutely fantastic! They're not just a band — they're a full-on roaming, feel-good party machine. With brilliant mashups and infectious energy, they had everyone singing, dancing, and smiling from start to finish. They moved through the garden like musical sunshine, chatting, joking, and making each guest feel part of the fun. Do you have different line-up options?

Yes, we have a trio line up which works well for events of 150 people or more

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We are pretty flexible with timings and will work with you to the best of our ability to help your event to flow as you need it to.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes, we do provide a dj service and have playlists ready to go for before , between and after live performance sets. You are welcome to give us a list of favourite tunes to add to this list

How much time do you need to set up?

a 2 hour window is ideal for set up and sound-check to allow time for any adjustments required to suit the space. It is also possible to achieve within one hour.

Can you roam around while you perform?

Yes we often roam when we perform at weddings for the drink reception , before plugging in to our pa for the later live sets. We have also played weddings and other events completely acoustically for a more up close troubadour singalong vibe.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

yes up tp a point. Depending how much advance booking time you can give us, we will do our best to include all your favourites that you choose from our extensive songlist. We also stay flexible so if the audience is really enjoying a particular genre, we can play more songs in that direction. We are very experienced in reading/guiding the room.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Yes, our PA equipment is included in the quote.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

We're very happy to learn bespoke songs with enough advance time. This would cost £50 for 1 or 3 for £120
