Booked the band for a private event to celebrate the life of a close friend who recently passed, and they absolutely nailed it! From initial enquiry/engagement, to preparation, to performance - I honestly couldn't have asked for more. The band were empathetic, accomodated all of my wishes, and so many people have since approached me to tell me how much they enjoyed the evening. I'll definitely consider booking The Ibiza Project again should circumstances call for it, and for anyone thinking about it - do it! You won't regret it.

We hired The Ibiza Project for our RAF Summer Ball and they didn't disappoint! Comms throughout were good and they certainly brought back the 90s for the night! The evening was a roaring success thanks to these guys hitting us with nostalgia and hit after hit. We'd definitely hire them again and if you want to throw it back or want a twist on the classics, this is the band for you!

I can honestly say this band are amazing!! If you like dance music your love this. From the moment I booked them they were so easy to talk to and friendly really nice people. So many compliments from my guests and they played on even tho people were on a downer because of England being kicked out of the World Cup so not the easiest of nights to play but I loved it and so did my friends!! Thanks so much !! Next party I throw I’ll be booking these guys again! I highly recommend.

The Ibiza-Project made our wedding feel completely special and unique! Everyone loved the vibe. I loved our first dance to Born Slippy - I'm unsure we'll ever find a band that plays that many banging tracks again! We were totally made up. The band were also very helpful and listened to everything we asked to include in our setlist and added to the lighting set-up so that the evening looked incredible.

I just wanted to say that you guys were absolutely amazing, we all had such an excellent night dancing to our favourite old tunes!! I really don’t know how you manged to pull those mashups together, but they absolutely rocked…. the whole party was blown away. The band were so full of energy and got everyone up dancing from the start to the end, it was exactly what I’d hoped for and more you smashed it! The whole party would highly recommend these guys, and will no doubt book you again in the future! Thanks again for putting on such a great night!

What do your clients love most about your performances?

Our clients love the uniqueness of a live band playing classic dance tunes. Clients want something different to the usual rock & indie music. Live, we have a great band dynamic and our enthusiasm is contagious! The audience ALWAYS dances!

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

So many influences across all genres! We have all arrived at The Ibiza-Project having been pro musicians from other styles. Those influences show in our music (listen to the Gospel & Blues influence on our version of Praise You). Heroes include David Bowie, Bob Dylan, Bob Marley, Nile Rodgers, Pink Floyd, Donna Summer, Faithless, Jay Z, Rihanna, Barry White

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

Absolutely! We have a fixed line-up and what you see in our videos is what you get! We do a lot of mashups, often 3 or 4 different songs and mixing them together live means we have an incredibly well rehearsed set of musicians which is required to ensure a seamless performance on the night.

Do you have different line-up options?

Our 5 Piece Line Up is perfect for all events: We have a male lead vocalist, keyboards, synths, sampler, guitar, bass, drums - and backing vocals too.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We fully expect timings will change between booking and the day of the event. Upon booking with us, you'll have a dedicated live music co-ordinator to liaise with along the way. They're highly experienced in event planning, and we'll always get in touch again around the 6-weeks-to-go mark to reconfirm all timings and plans.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Absolutely, we offer a pro DJ set alongside the band, and as we have the band's huge sound and lighting rig this can save some budget compared to hiring a separate DJ. Our Pro DJ comes in at just £185 until 12AM, and £309 until 1AM. You're welcome to request as many tracks as you'd like in advance of the day. We also offer background music free of charge.

How much time do you need to set up?

We have a huge amount of equipment (sound and lighting) and pride ourselves on our show! Our setup takes up to 2 hours from the point after we are able to load in. We like to be sound-checked 60 to 90 minutes before our performance begins, to give a little extra time to make sure things are looking and sounding perfect.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Absolutely, we are more than happy to accept any requests from our set list - and any of your favourites can be specified before the day of your event comes around. If not, the band will build your set list 'live' on the night to keep the dance floor filled. This is also the case for our DJ, who can accept requests before the night.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Yes, all gear is included. We have an extensive sound and lighting rig (including lasers) which is suitable for large audience sizes. We pride ourselves on the quality of the sound and lighting show, and you may be surprised by the size of our setup compared to bands you have seen before!

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Yes! We include one free song request with all bookings, which is ideal for a First Dance, Special Song request, or just anything you'd like to hear!
