Alex who has been dominating the circuit as a solo artist for some years playing mainly the northwest and Lake District teams up with bass player Sean to boast a party band outfit with a huge sound. What really makes this duo stand out is their unique mix of talent, huge sound and relaxed easy going humour. Two lads working as a tight unit that never miss a beat, the boys will naturally bring a warm and friendly atmosphere and offer an experience you'll never forget.

We hired The Half Hitches band for our wedding after some deep research and trawling of the web to find a band that reflected us as a couple. Their set list was pretty broad and varied to the typical “wedding bands” that we have heard before. They were super organized and handled all of our requests and needs seemlessly. When the big day came they were brilliant, playing 2 acoustic sets in the afternoon for the drinks reception and while we ate; then 2 hour sets in the evening which were absolutely fantastic. The sound they create is unique and they look like they’re having just as much fun as all of us on the dance floor! Absolutely brilliant and huge sound from a duo! Also very amenable to letting our guests get up and sing some of their karaoke favourites haha! Just absolutely amazing all round
