Absolutely fantastic!! The music was great and the range of genres was incredible. The music is perfectly suited for ballroom and latin dancing as well. Communication was absolutely smooth. Overall, I highly recommend the Groove Company to all!

Absolutely amazing!!! They came for our reopening of our pub and the feedback and atmosphere of the place was unreal!!! Amazing experience loved every minute of it!!

You guys were brilliant, and a real joy to deal with … all the mums at the playground were talking about you all too, so thank you! To be honest, I was enjoying your music so much you were over and done with in a flash … the last time I felt that was at the last Jools concert where I swear they only played for 20 mins! Thank you for playing the Time Warp and monty python too … a lot of giggles were had!

Roger and I both want to thank you and all members of the band for making the evening such a success. We both enjoyed ourselves and so did all the guests, those dancing and those who just sat and listened. I have heard it said that should the occasion arise they would gladly recommend you.

What do your clients love most about your performances?

The variety we provide - we cater for all ages including; pop, rock, rock n roll, jazz, soul, motown, ballroom & sequence dancing. We an extensive repertoire travelling through approx 600 songs we set the right tone for each individual evening.

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

Previous venues have included: St James Palace The Savoy The Grosvenor Twickenham The Compleat Angler (Marlow) The Randolph (Oxford) Calcot Manor (Tetbury) The Grand (Southampton) P&O Cruises Swan Hellenic Cruises amongst many others.............

Madness, Billy Joel, Prince, Bruce Springsteen, Elton John, David Sanborn, The Blues Brothers

Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

Yes. Although the rest of the band can change, as we are all freelance pro musicians and have to accept the 1st booking that comes in, Martin the vocal/keys player is ever present.

Do you have different line-up options?

The main line-up is: Male vocal/keys Sax/Flute Bass Drums for an additional cost we can add a female lead vocalist, trumpet or 2nd sax.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We will try to accommodate any changes. But there may be an extra charge if the changes extend say into an afternoon session if you only originally had us booked for the evening.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes, no extra charge for the time after we have set up and between sets. There is an extra charge to provide recorded music after the band finishes but that depends on the overall finish time.

How much time do you need to set up?

Approx 1 hour depending on ease of the load in

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Yes - we want to play as many songs that you like as possible.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Yes. We usually require approx 8 metres x 4 metres space if possible.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Depends on the song but we do try to cover a particular request or first dance.
