The Detroit Express Band is an outstanding 6 to 9 piece Funk, Soul & Motown band Brilliantly performing the music of Soul and Motown legends. Performing the unforgettable sounds of The Supremes, Martha Reeves, Four Tops, Temptations, Stevie Wonder and many more. Performed with high energy, excellent musical ability and amazing presentation the Detroit Express Band will take you on a timeless journey paying tribute to the unsung Funk Brothers and the much loved Motown music The Detroit Express Band will have you singing and dancing the night away and guarantee to provide a night to remember. We provide extensive PA and Lighting to create the perfect atmosphere on the dance floor. We can provide music before, in between and up to 30 mins after performance reducing the need for a DJ. We carry full Public liability Insurance. We perform 2 x 45 minutes with costume changes throughout the performance.
