The Lebosi trio is a jazz band that plays relaxed jazz background music, perfect for accompanying dining or setting the mood for a special occasion. We are a self contained, compact unit with all our own equipment, all we need is a plug socket and we can play. Depending on the line up of the band we do not need much room either so we can be adaptable to any space. Having trained at some of London's top conservatoires, such as the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and Trinity Laban we are highly experienced and competent musicians capable of handling any performance request. As performers we have worked at some of London’s most prestigious locations such as Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club, the Royal Festival Hall, the Royal Albert Hall and many others as well as performing internationally in India, Brazil, Norway, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Hungary, Sweden, Denmark, Taiwan, Belgium and Finland. We can also adapt our line up to suit your needs, we are available to perform as: a duo (Voice/Guitar), Trio (Voice/Guitar/Double Bass) or (Voice/Piano/Double Bass), Quartet (Voice/Guitar/Double Bass/Drums) or (Voice/Piano/Double Bass/Drums) or Quintet (which is the same as the Quartet line up plus a horn instrument of your choice!)

I love to hear The Dynasty Trio and would not miss an opportunity to do so. I have heard them at intimate dinner sets with solo guitar, party sets with electric quartets and jam with all comers. The lead, Isobel, has a beautiful, affecting voice on ballads and always works with the ensemble. She holds a room and clearly loves her work.

As a group we’ve performed for all kinds of people at all kinds of fancy places but we treat every gig like it’s the most high profile performance in our diaries

Do you have different line-up options?

Yes we do, we can appear as a duo (voice and guitar/piano), trio (voice, double bass, guitar/piano), quartet (voice, double bass, drums, guitar/piano) or as a quintet (voice, double bass, drums, guitar or piano and a horn instrument of your choice)

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We always try our best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let us know.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

We can totally put an ipod (yours or ours) on between sets. This is a service we will provide for free

How much time do you need to set up?

Can you roam around while you perform?

No, our instruments/microphones require us to stay stationary

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

If you have any favourites from our set list that you definitely want to hear just let us know, we love requests!

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Yes, we provide a PA but we do not provide lighting, if you need this it will have to be sourced separately

Can you learn song requests before the event?

If a song isn't included in our song list there may still be a chance we already know it. If there is a special song you'd like us to learn we are happy to do this for you.
