The Definitives

The Definitives were formed by experienced drummer and bandleader Aly after he had played for various cover bands in the past, but often felt that they were set up very quickly and consequently lacked the detail in performance that made the original songs sound so good in the first place. As the name suggests, The Definitives have gone the extra mile to capture the original vocal harmonies, and instrumental arrangements and sounds that we all know and love. The result is, the band believe, a group of unsurpassed quality and authenticity. We have been steadily building a reputation as one the best party bands around playing for weddings, private parties and corporate functions. Our on-stage professionalism is matched by a friendly and efficient manner from the first enquiry through to the event itself. Each year we add some of the best new songs around to our extensive overall repertoire which includes the top dance-floor fillers from the last 50 years +. We are happy to taylor-make a set list for your particular event from our over-all repertoire list ; want only songs from the last 10 years? No problem!
