About The Chapel Choir of the Churchill College, Cambridge

Chapel Choir
Churchill College, Cambridge
Our choir takes pride in the quality of our music-making and in our extremely friendly atmosphere. Performing once a week throughout term.

Churchill Chapel Choir prides itself both on the quality of its music-making, and on its welcoming and friendly atmosphere. We meet to sing weekly services on Sunday afternoons in term-time, as well as for concerts and other occasional events. Members welcome the opportunity to sing music of extraordinary beauty with a quality choir, but without it dominating their free time. The low commitment has enabled the participation of students, fellows, and staff from Churchill and beyond who have rigid schedules in the working week. Although Churchill College does not currently participate in the university's Inter-Collegiate Choral Awards Scheme, the College and Chapel are delighted to provide internal scholarships for the best singers which exceed the amounts awarded elsewhere. Music the choir has performed in the past, and will be performing in the next term can be found on the Chapel Choir website.
