Croydon

I’m Ross, a Pipe Major with more than 20 years of experience. My career as a piper has seen me take part in many prestigious military events, concert tours around the world as far as Japan, high profile events such as Edinburgh Tattoos, Televised NYE parties and even the grand national. I have a great deal of experience playing at all manner of events such as weddings, funerals, national days and dinner events. Some example tunes have been listed here on the page but please feel free to request any tune. It is to note that I am unable to wear my military uniform for non military events.

Ross is an absolutely amazing bagpiper. Never fails to impress and he has a wealth of experience that is difficult to find elsewhere. Always my first choice. If you are looking to add a wonderful touch to whatever occasion it may be then you won't find anyone better for the job than Ross.

The Capital Bagpiper is an extremely skilful and talented piper. I've had the pleasure of attending a course at the Army School of Highland Drumming and Bagpipe music with this gentleman and he was nothing short of brilliance. I've also been involved in many high profile and televised events with him and say honestly say he's very professional. You would do well to hire The Capital Bagpiper for any of your events.
