Are you after a swing and jive band in the South of England? The Boogie Bumpers are a seven-piece vintage swing band, recreating vibes and music from the 30’s, 40’s and 50’s. With a dash of Louis Prima, Louis Jordan, and Sinatra, we create energetic vintage dance music to have you and your guests up and on your feet. Suitable for all ages, everyone will enjoy the mix of dance, swing, blues, and jive music. We have a very knowledgeable musical director who brings their expertise to create a set list that will have you singing and dancing till the early hours! If you are after professionalism, complete with energy; we are the band fit for your event. Are you hosting a vintage themed night? We will delve into our period wardrobe to dress with style and bring it to your stage. We cater for all- whether you are experienced dancers, or new, our well-rehearsed musicians will get the right tempo for you. Our band comes complete with top quality PAT tested equipment and insurance. We want your event to be a success. What if my timings change after I've booked you?

No problems, we will try and accommodate you as best as we can. It's your event and we never forget that.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

We can provide backing music via iPod no problems.

How much time do you need to set up?

We usually set up about 1 to 1.5 hours before the performance time. As soon as our PA is set up we can provide a free playlist service to help set the atmosphere and get your guests ready for our live performance!
