The Blue Moon Trio

The Blue Moon Trio is a Jazz Function Trio based in Central Scotland. The trio draws from a vast knowledge of the Jazz canon, but always presents itself in the classy piano trio manner - examples that this trio follows includes the Oscar Peterson Trio, The Bill Evans Trio and the Ahmad Jamal Trio. The Trio can chop and change stylistically with a strong musical rapport, and are very good at accompanying the atmosphere of a room. Requests are happily taken, and it is possible for new songs to be learned - even ones outside of the Jazz genre.
