The Bavarian Dragons are a 6 piece oompah party band made up of professional musicians who have been playing together at a wide range of events with flexibility to make each a unique experience. We regularly perform at Oktoberfest events, dinner nights, Weddings, Corporate functions, etc. and can cater our sets to work for your event. The Bavarian Dragons perform a wide range of music, consisting of some traditional German tunes as well as our take on popular rock and pop classics from over the years to appeal to all generations. We are equally at home performing background music or running full Oktoberfest shows, consisting of 2x 45 minute sets, inclusive of drinking games, fancy dress contests, the works! The latter of which has been extremely popular with pubs and clubs as well as private Oktoberfest events recently. If you’re looking for a band that combines Bavarian charm and lots of entertainment then the Bavarian Dragons are perfect. They were a great addition to our October Festival and I would highly recommend for future events. The band appeared in classic Lederhosen which added plenty of personality whilst hosting drinking games. The Bavarian Dragons are the perfect wunderbar night out!

The Oktoberfest / Party Lite package (£800) is 2x c.40 minute sets - this is more of a background entertainment package with the emphasis on the music for people to enjoy and dance to.

Our most popular Oktoberfest / Party Full package (£1,000) is 2x c.45 minute sets, focussing on entertainment. It includes our front man running lots of games (accompanied by the band) to get the party going and the crowd involved.

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

Pavilion Mid Wales, Tiny Rebel Brewery Bar, Goose & Cuckoo Inn, Neath Rugby Clubhouse, Penybont FC, Heidi's Bier Bar Cardiff, Brecon Tap, Fourteen Locks Canal Centre, The Fox Bridgend, plus many more!

Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

Our lineup consists of 5 brass musicians and a live drummer. Having performed at many events, we are absolutely convinced that a singer is not necessary for our type of music and line-up, evidenced by all of our audiences singing along at the top of their voices at our events!

Do you have different line-up options?

Currently, our only lineup is with 5 brass players plus a drummer - we feel this is the optimum number to create flexibility with space and still give the energy needed for all of our events.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

Please get in contact and let us know as soon as possible - we try our best to be as flexible as possible with bookings, but in some cases where we have other commitments changes may not be possible.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

For an extra £100 we can offer an iPod service for 1 hour before and after our sets and during the break between.

How much time do you need to set up?

We normally arrive a the venue 1 hour before the event to ensure we have plenty of space and to make any adjustments necessary.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Our set lists are bespoke to cater for each individual event. These are crafted taking into account countless performances and learning what works best to ensure guests have an amazing time. However, we're definitely happy to chat through and make sure we find what works for your specific event.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

All equipment needed for the group to perform is included in the quote given.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

We may be able to accept requests before the event, but this would be at an additional cost depending on the notice given, length of song(s) etc. due to it needing to be specially arranged for our instrumentation. Please get in touch with us and we can give you a better idea of prices.
