The Arrival played our Wedding on Saturday 7th May, 2022 after having booked them for the best part of two years ago. Don't hesitate, just get them booked! If you want a full dance floor with a guitarist and bassist who feed off your energy. A charismatic, engaging front man, and a cowbell-happy drummer, these guys will not disappoint. They will have your guests amazed and asking where you found them. This is not your usual Mumford and Son, cookie cutter, wedding circuit band. It's a proper band! They are so tight together, clearly have fun, and are a very professional outfit. They were absolutely perfect for us and we couldn't have asked for a better setlist...even if a guest did request a "Belter" of a song and they knocked it out of the park. We provided them two Spotify playlists, one for their set break (evening food) and one for the disco afterwards. They were played on random and, again, were our perfect songs. No DJ messing around with what they think should be on. "Banger, after banger, after banger" (guest quote) from 8pm 'til midnight. We can't recommend them enough and are very grateful that they came to entertain us all on our dream Wedding. Conc & Loula

We booked The Arrival for our wedding and we can't recommend them enough! We had the full package and each part ran so smoothly and made our night so special. The band were incredible and had everyone up on the dance floor, and the photo booth was a massive hit! The lads were so helpful in the run up to the big day, we can't thank them enough!

Customer questions

Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

We strive to make sure the line-up you see is what you get on the night. We do have pre-audititioned 'dep' musicians available in case a band member falls ill or is unavailable. As a professional band our reputation means everything so you can be confident that all of our players are of a very high level

Do you have different line-up options?

Our line up is as follows: vocals + guitar, lead guitar + backing vocals, bass guitar + backing vocals, drums + backing vocals

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We always try our best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let us know.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Absolutely. This is a really popular request and we actually offer this service for free. If you'd like a DJ service via our PA after the final set until the venue closes, we provide this for an additional £200

How much time do you need to set up?

We usually set up 1.5 hours before the performance time. As soon as our PA is set up we can provide a free playlist service to help set the atmosphere and get your guests ready for our live performance

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Our set lists are crafted from countless performances and learning what works best to ensure guests dance and have an amazing time. However, we're definitely happy to chat through and make sure we find what works for your event.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Our PA and lighting system is included in your quote.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

We will learn and perform first dance songs free of charge as long as we are given enough notice to do so before the big day.
