Tex Pistols were THE Punkabilly unit in the UK during the 1980’s- 2000. With a monthly residency at London’s iconic Break For the Border and featuring the choicest song selection of 1st generation Rock, C&W, and Rockabilly classics, the boys were often joined onstage by visiting musician’s like Nick Lowe, Doug Sahm, Carlene Carter, and Paul Carrack. They are: Philip Rambow – Vox, Rhythm Guitar Philip has spent a lifetime writing and performing his own take on classic folk/rock themes. From his original UK band The Winkies which influenced The Clash, to his collaborations with Kirsty MacColl (co-writing “…Chip Shop…”) , Brian Eno, Mick Ronson, Ellen Foley, Philip’s career has been an eclectic and exciting musical journey. In 2015 he released “Whatever Happened to Phil Rambow” album of new material. It was named in the top 50 albums of 2015 by online’s Goldmine. Paul Riley -  Vox, Bass His career in music began with seminal pub-rockers Chilli Willi and the Red Hot Peppers (with Pete Thomas on drums), Robin Scott, and with guitarist Danny Adler's Roogalator, as well as Nick Lowe and Geraint Watkins bands. Geraint Watkins – Vox, Piano, Accordian Has established himself as one of the UK’s leading musicians, recording and/or performing with Dave Edmunds, Paul McCartney, Dr. Feelgood, Rory Gallagher, Andy Fairweather-Low, The Fabulous Thunderbirds, Slim Chance, The Stray Cats, Carl Perkins, Shaking Stevens, Crazy Cavan'n' The Rhythm Rockers, and recently Status Quo. Watkins has found time to work with Bill Wyman's Rhythm Kings; contributing to Nick Lowe and Van Morrison albums. Geraint has also released four solo albums Watkins - Bold As Love (1997), Dial W For Watkins (2004), In A Bad Mood (2008), and Moustique (2014) which featured in Bob Dylan’s Theme Time Radio Hour. Bonnie Raitt recently proclaimed him a great artist and one of her all-time favourites.  Martin Belmont - Lead Guitar In 1972 he formed Ducks Deluxe, issuing two albums on RCA. In 1975 he was a founding member of Graham Parker and the Rumour, who released six albums. He spent two years from 1980 as guitarist for Carlene Carter, succeeded by five years with Nick Lowe & His Cowboy Outfit, in both line-ups playing alongside Paul Carrack. Belmont continued as an in-demand sideman across a wide spectrum of music, with sessions for Elvis Costello, Billy Bragg, Carl Perkins, George Harrison Jona Lewie, John Hiatt, Desmond Decker, Johnny Cash, Eddie Grundy and many others. Bob Loveday - Fiddle Recording session and performing artist, with Van Morrison, Penguin Café Orchestra, Jeff Beck, Kirsty MacColl and Rachid Taha. Currently with Bob Geldof and Geraint Watkins bands. Pete Thomas  In 2003 Pete Thomas was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of Elvis Costello & the Attractions. Following early work with Chilli Willi and the Red Hot Peppers and John Stewart, Thomas was recruited as a member of Costello's backing band the Attractions in 1977. Among his many credits include, drums for Graham Parker's 1991 album Struck By Lightning and 1992 album Burning Questions. Suzanne Vega, Neil Finn, Vonda Shepard, Sheryl Crow,Fito Páez, Joaquín Sabina, Los Lobos, John Paul Jones, Randy Newman, Bonnie Raitt, Arctic Monkeys, Jake Bugg and recently drums and percussion on most tracks of Down Where the Spirit Meets the Bone for Lucinda Williams.
