Violinist
London

Teodoras began his musical journey at the age of three, inspired by regular family visits to the local Opera and Ballet Theatre, particularly during winter performances of Tchaikovsky's The Nutcracker. Since then, the violin has been a constant presence in his life. He began his formal training at the M. K. Čiurlionis School of Arts under the guidance of Prof. Ugnė Jauniškytė, later continuing his studies at Chetham’s School of Music with Prof. Jan Repko. He earned his Bachelor’s degree at the Royal College of Music, studying with Prof. Radu Blidar, where Teodoras was also a holder of the Heddy Simpson Award, supported by the Stanbridge Drake-Brockman Scholarship. With over ten years of professional performing experience, Teodoras has appeared as a soloist, chamber musician, and orchestral player across Europe. Highlights include a solo performance with the Hradec Králové Symphony Orchestra at the Prague Senate, as well as concerts alongside acclaimed artists such as Judie Tzuke and Julia Fordham. He has taken part in numerous international competitions, including the Jonas Urban Competition, Balys Dvarionas International Competition, and the Grumiaux International Competition. Teodoras regularly performs with leading ensembles and is a guest violinist with the Nova Philharmonia, Holland Park Sinfonia, and Albion Orchestra. He has worked under renowned conductors including Vasily Petrenko, Kiril Karabits, Chloé van Soeterstède, and Rafael Payare.
