Tallis Consort

We had the absolute pleasure of having Tallis Consort sing at our wedding reception at the Anglican Cathedral, and they were phenomenal. Chris, who I coordinated with, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the two months leading up to the event. He answered every single one of my (many) questions with patience and care, and went above and beyond to find bespoke arrangements for the pop songs we requested, well outside the choir’s usual repertoire. He even performed alongside a track for our first dance, which made the moment unforgettable. The choir also performed in a challenging location on top of a bridge inside the cathedral but still made it work beautifully. The entire group was warm, professional, and a joy to work with. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

My sister and I booked Tallis Consort to perform at our mothers funeral in January. I found Chris extremely helpful and was very responsive to our many questions and he made some recommendations for music that would be appropriate. I have to sat that the choir of 5 plus an organist were absolutely wonderful, and actually exceeded our expectations. The congregation all agreed the performances were incredible and our family are still discussing how wonderful the choir was and how special it made the day. Our Mum would have truly loved it! I am so pleased I booked Chris and Tallis and would have no hesitation in booking them again. First class!!

Chris his fellow singers and organist recently came to a family funeral to play and sing at the final mass. From the planning to the day itself nothing was too much trouble, well organised and communicative alongside the outstanding music they performed brought an uplifting grace to the day.
