"Music is energy which becomes ten times stronger when shared with others." This is the belief that drives The HYPS , a fresh and energetic UK female-fronted Party band formed in London back in 2012. For us, it's all about having a good time, filling up the dance floor from the first chord to the last. We ensure each performance is a fun-filled and unforgettable experience for all involved, be it your wedding, a private party/function or corporative event. Our extensive repertoire covers hits from the old-school days of funk, soul and blues, to modern day pop, rock and dance and includes an additional special Russian pop section fluently spoken by the lead vocalist. With decades of combined stage and studio experience across countries and continents, members of The HYPS have performed along side with the likes of Bruno Mars, Michelle Williams (Destiny's Child), Mariah Carey (Nobel Award), John Newman (Rudimental), participated in events such as Eurovision, X-Factor, The London Olympics and even have performed at Wembley Arena, Hammersmith Apollo, Shepherd's Bush Empire, Ronnie Scots, Ritz Hotel, Park Lane Hilton Hotel and soirees hosted by The Royal Family. All member of the band are successful session musicians with original projects in the past and present. Founded only by professional musicians The HYPS have also played in outdoor festivals alongside the likes of Maroon 5, Scissor Sisters, Billy Idol, Franz Ferdinand, Will.i.am and many more. The HYPS are a completely self-sufficient act capable of providing production and lighting for all types of venues for up to 500+ people. Included in the package is a top of the range 4000 watt Yamaha sound system complete with sub woofers, and LED lighting and moving heads to highlight the stage. Premium lighting and extended PA systems are also available as an additional packages. We also offer a full DJ package to keep guests entertained before, in between and after the band's sets. An iPod connection is available if you wish to bring your own playlist. All our equipment is pat tested and we hold current certificates.
