Susie Gibbons is a soprano from Dublin and is a recent graduate of the Royal College of Music (RCM), London, where she studied for Master of Performance as a Sussex Scholar, graduating with distinction. During her time at RCM, Susie studied with Andrew Robinson and Amanda Roocroft, who she continues to work with.
Having originally studied psychology at University College Dublin, Susie turned her attention to her singing studies in 2016 and enrolled as a part-time student at

Susie has also participated in public masterclasses with Dame Ann Murray and Celine Byrne. Selected as a ‘Rising Star’ by University Concert Hall, Limerick, in 2019 Susie was a finalist in Northern Ireland Opera’s Festival of
Voice, was a winner of the Nancy Calthorpe Cup for French Mélodie and
was a finalist in the Gervase Elwes Cup at the Feis Ceoil (the Irish National Music Festival). In addition, Susie is the winner of the €5,500 Bernadette Greevy Bursary and Mahler prize, presented by the
National Concert Hall and Celine Byrne in Dublin. This is one of the largest bursaries awarded to singers in Ireland. As the winner of this bursary Susie will present a
