What if my timings change after I've booked you?

That's no problem. If the timings change just let me know as soon as you can, it doers happen sometimes, so I always try to be as flexible as I can.

Question 2

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. I always put on background music while I'm setting up, in between sets and straight after I finish, to keep the music flowing. If you would like music after I have finished playing for longer than 15 minutes, I'll need to add an extra charge, so just let me know.

Question 3

How much time do you need to set up?

Approximately 45 minutes to get in, set up and do a sound check is preferable. Sometimes sound checks are not possible if the event is underway and other activity happening means I have to stay silent, which I understand, but to get the best sound it's always preferable to check a song before getting started :-)

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

I tend to pre write the set lists before each event to make sure the timings fit, but am absolutely happy for you to pick out particular songs you love to make sure i include them.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes I bring the P.A, disco lighting and everything else, I just need a couple of plug sockets close by. I can set up in a space from 2 x 3 metres to give you a guide

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes, I can. I will need at least 1 months notice to learn the song and create the drumbeats/harmonies and to perfect it. If you advise me under 1 month, I may be able to learn it, but with other events and songs I may have to learn happening cannot guarantee it. There is also a £15.00 additional fee for this as it involves extra work and rehearsing time

I get complimented regularly on my voice, the audience participation encouragement and song choices, as being up beat, well known and great singalongs

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

I have performed at all manor of venues from Pubs, wedding venues, golf clubs, pubs, churches, marquees etc...

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

I have no specific artist I am influenced by, I just know I love anything with a great beat and something that you can't help but get up and dance to. I think that's why my set list ranges from pop through to rock as love all types of music

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

I have performed at the Chelmsford festival a few years back now, but I have been selected to play at the Royal Norfolk show this year which I am very excited about.
