Biog Steven Edwards is an experienced and professional performer from the Midlands who provides live acoustic music at weddings, functions, parties, bars and restaurants. He has been playing live all over the UK for the last eight years with his own brand of handmade acoustic music including songs by Whitney Houston, Bon Jovi, Amy Winehouse and many more. The combination of Steven's warm voice and dynamic guitar playing creates a sound perfect for a wide variety of occasions. Steven has performed for the BBC, Ego Restaurants, Bella Italia, Coventry Cathedral and many other private events as well a creating unique and personal songs for weddings and special occasions. Steven Edwards has been featured in Acoustic Magazine and the Guardian Online, been played on Radio 1 and BB6 Music and been a BBC Introducing Artist of the Month. His original music has been supported all over the world and even gained him a number 1 single in Indonesia as well as a whole host of UK festivals appearances. A note from Steven..... My name is Steven and I’m singer and guitarist based in Coventry, UK. I’ve always loved music and was bought up listening to albums that my Dad played in the lounge. Playing music and sharing it with people is something I really love do to. For a number of years (even since my teenage rock band days!) I have been playing at weddings, functions, bars and restaurants all around the UK. For me, I really love playing covers and changing how the original sounds or giving the song a new twist. Being able to perform songs that connect with people is a beautiful thing. Weddings and significant occasions create such amazing memories and for me to be part of these events is very special. Steven was absolutely phenomenal at our wedding in February. He was excellent in communicating with us in the lead up to the event so we were confident that we were getting the personalised performance we wanted. He arrived on time to set up before the guests arrived and played beautifully before, during and after the ceremony. Steven was friendly and polite to work with and even worked on a special request from us. We loved having him perform for us and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a singer for an event in future.

A fantastic evening of music from Steven. At our hen party Steven played music throughout dinner and was willing to take some on the spot requests and even changed the words to some songs to fit the brides name. Everyone had a wonderful time singing along and interacting with Steven throughout the evening. Would recommend!

Steven was just perfect. From the moment we arrived back at our venue he was playing away brilliantly and had already set a lovely relaxed mood for the cocktail hour. He played all our requests and learnt a few specials for us too! We had many compliments from our guests about him and so many said they wanted to clap but didn't want to spoil the calm vibe we had going on! Booked Steven for my wife’s 60th birthday Steven played for 3 hours on ‘the Countess of Evesham’ in Stratford to my wife and 40 friends. He really got the boat and everyone rocking and made it a very memorable evening. He is a real professional. A pleasure to work with, booking process very simple good communications throughout. Would recommend for any event. Thank you Steven you made my wife’s birthday one we will never forget.
