The Choir of St John’s, Knaresborough, has an excellent reputation and has performed in numerous UK Cathedrals and prestigious venues overseas, such as Notre-Dame in Paris and St Mark’s in Venice (see full list below). The choir sing at York Minster every year, as well as numerous concerts and for special occasions and services such as weddings and funerals. As well as a wide repertoire of traditional church music, St John's Choir regularly performs classical crossover songs, pop songs and songs from stage and screen. Christmas carol singing is a popular annual favorite and the choir has a wide repertoire of Christmas Music, both accompanied and a capella.
