Performing brings me so much joy, and I would love to share this with you and your guests. I have been session singing and performing for weddings and private events since 2018, and it is always the greatest honour to provide the soundtrack for your special moments. I play a wide variety of covers, spanning across many genres and eras, from current hits to timeless classics. These include tracks from artists such as Fleetwood Mac, Lana Del Rey, Tracy Chapman, David Bowie, Johnny Cash, Chappell Roan, Kate Bush, Elvis, The Kinks, Hozier and many others. I can also play original indie-folk tracks, as well as any specific song requests you might have. Together we will compile a set list that creates the perfect atmosphere for your event. I have been songwriting since the age of four and have performed live regularly since childhood. In June 2018, I released my debut single with Liverpool record label ‘Klee Music’, and have since gone on to self release original music, which has received support from the likes of BBC Introducing and Alex Rainbird. (One of the largest indie-folk discovery platforms.) I have also had the honour of performing at incredible venues/events throughout my career, such as at Liverpool Sound City, Sofar Sounds, The Roman Baths, St George’s Hall, London Design Museum, The Titanic Drawing Room (Belfast), The Brittania Panopticon. (Glasgow) and as support act for Brooke Combe. I am currently working on releasing singles as part of my upcoming debut album ‘Blue, Blue, Blue’, supported by Help Musicians. We were absolutely blown away by Sophie, both by her incredible talent and her lovely personality. She played and sang at our wedding for the ceremony and for a few hours afterwards and she was absolutely outstanding. Our guests all commented on how brilliant she was with such a beautiful and unique voice, and a couple of our friends who are also getting married soon asked how we found her. If it hadn’t been our wedding day, we both said that we would have very happily just sat and listened to Sophie play for the entirety of her set! Sophie was so accommodating, quick to respond and very helpful when planning the day, with lots of useful tips and recommendations for song choices. She was a real delight to work with and we wouldn’t hesitate to do so again. Thank you so much Sophie, for making our wedding day so special, we could never have imagined it would be so wonderful with your help. Sophie played two 30 minute sets at my 60th Birthday party and her sound and style was perfect. She stepped in at the last minute after a cancellation, and despite short notice, she fitted right in and was a pleasure to work with. Her performance went down really well with everybody there and I would recommend her without hesitation.

Sophie performed for our wedding ceremony and our drinks reception after and blew us away with her talent. She was super polite, friendly and professional and even learnt some custom requests for our ceremony which was incredible. Would absolutely reccomend her for any occasion!

If timings change in the run up to the event just let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you!

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes! I can play music through my amp between sets. Let me know if you would like this, what kind of music you'd like, and I'll sort it out for you.

How much time do you need to set up?

I can set up in 20 minutes, but I'll arrive at least 1 hour early to be sure.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Yes! You can pick songs from my set list, or you can pick songs that aren't on my set list for me to learn.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes! I will bring everything I need to perform including my own amplification.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Feel free to send me any special requests. If a song isn't included in my song list there may still be a chance I already know it. If not, I am able to sing a diverse range of styles so I will most probably be able to learn it for you. I may have to charge a small extra fee to account for rehearsal time. Just get in touch with me and we can discuss ☺️
