What do your clients love most about your performances?
The playing standard and authenticity of the feel.
We are highly skilled musicians who have been playing all our lives!
Which venues have you performed at in the past?
Ronnie Scotts, Somerset House, Eden Project, Bournemouth Golf Club, Henley Festival, Secret Garden Party, Festival, Brighton Dome, Roundhouse and the Royal Albert Hall to name but a few!
Which artists have you been most influenced by?
Anything from Miles Davis to Buena Vista Social Club, to Gregory Porter, Raye, Nina Simone, Jack Johnson, The Beach Boys, Bob Marley, and all great music we have ever listened to!
What is the most high profile gig you've performed?
Tim Minchin, Alfie Boe, opening for Groove Armada, opening for Ed Sheeran and many more!
Do you have different line-up options?
We can provide a variety of line ups including fully acoustic line ups which work without power. Although power is recommended it may not be necessary for intimate settings or spaces where the sound of the room is great as it is!
From a guitar or piano trio with double/ electric bass adding drums and percussion to all of the above combined. You choose!
What if my timings change after I've booked you?
We are flexible with timings within reason so as long as the job operates within the similar time frames we are more than happy to offer flexibility to make sure the event happens as smoothly as possible. Things change all the time and being adaptable in one of our super powers!
Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?
Sure thing!
How much time do you need to set up?
between 30-45 mins but we can make it happen in 15-20 min if need be depending on the size of the set up.
The smaller the amount of equipment the faster we can set up so if the drums are only using a minimal kit we're more than happy set up super quickly and move the set up if need be!
Can you roam around while you perform?
Yes no problem. We just need to know in advance so we can plan for it!
Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?
Sure, we offer a custom set list service act an extra cost. The odd request is of course included in the standard pricing.
Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?
YES although lighting and an extra large sound set up if is of course an extra!
Can you learn song requests before the event?
Sure thing!
