1 hour of your favourite songs, slowed down, original sounding, high quality performances, acoustic versions of a list of your favourite songs. The songs can come from any era or any genre. I've toured with the Proclaimers, Suzanne Vega, and Van Morrison. I have almost 20 years experience in performing live. I come with my own PA, car, and set up my own sound. I can add cello if required (example: Ave Maria with harp backing track) I'm very nice, respectful, and pleasant. I will arrive in lots of time and my communication is very organised. I've played lots of weddings. My style of music performance is suited best to: walking down the aisle, entering the venue, reception, signing registry As an extra option, I will record myself singing your favourite song and publish it on You Tube addressed and dedicated to you, which you can send in an email as a thank you to guests. I don't provide music to dance to, but I have many friends who do. Don't hesitate to reach out for good recommendations for after party bands. Customer questions

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I am flexible about timings on the day as long as you communicate them to me. I understand there is a lot that goes into a wedding and I'm here to make sure the day goes perfectly for you, including slight flexibility. I have a cancellation rate of £100 if the date changes or is cancelled, but just talk to me as this can be negotiated.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Absolutely. I have my own PA, and can play a setlist of your favourite music. As long as I'm in the venue for the time booked, I would offer this service for free. Just talk to me about timings to see what is possible, this is negotiable.

How much time do you need to set up?

It is sensible to allow 2-1 hours before guests arriving to set up the music and the PA. I've played live for almost 2 decades. For the benefit of my own performance and quality of sound, I always arrive early and this is already included in my rate. It's important to set up the music before guests arrive in plenty of time.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

Yes it's important to me that you send a list of songs which you love, are important to you as a couple, and will make you happy on your special day. I can also suggest songs. Favourite songs of family members like mother of the bride are ok too. Send me as many songs as you like. Put your favourite 5-10 in bold. Talk to me to see what's poss

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes I bring everything. I just require access to plug sockets by the venue either near the wall socket or with extension leads provided.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

Yes I prefer to do this. This takes more time, and is already included in my fee. It's more important to me that you know and love the songs that are being played, because this will make your day more special. Please bare in mind that finalised song choice should be organised well in advance of the wedding day.
