Having formed in 2012, Sink The Beat have performed at 100's of function events all over the country and never fail to get a room moving! From weddings and birthday parties to corporate events and anniversary celebrations. With a mix of personalities, Sink The Beat can cater for any event with each member bringing their own style to the mix including 90s RnB, heavy rock, indie bangers and disco floor fillers. While you can expect all the classics that no event can be without, Sink The Beat create a unique party vibe including those pop-tastic guilty pleasures that never fail to get audiences dancing and sing along! Sink The Beat offers a flexible line-up from a 3 to 7 piece band but most commonly appear as a 6 piece. A solid core of slick, highly trained, professional musicians that can be expanded with either keys and solo sax to full brass section as well as both male and female vocals. Providing a high spec PA and dedicated sound engineer to offer a flexible and professional setup to work around the timings of your event.

Can't be more happy with the service and performance from the band. Jamie was great i communicating with us ahead of our wedding and ensured we had our voices heard on choice of music and felt comfortable with timings etc. During the evening, the band had everyone up dancing and so many of our guests complimented how great the performance and song choices were. Main quote was 'there was banger after banger' thank you so much Sink the Beat

We has a wonderful evening, just what the happy couple wanted for their wedding. They were on the floor with their friends all evening. Excellent communication leading upto the event so all their favourite songs were included. The band were amazing !

Sink The Beat performed at our wedding in October and they were brilliant. Not only did they learn a new song for our first dance but the rest of their set was fantastic, all of the guests were up and dancing. Near enough everyone told us how good they were when they were leaving. Would highly recommend for any event you are planning. Great value for money!

I would like to say; on behalf of myself, my new husband and every single one of our guests, how happy we were with the bands performance at our wedding! They were so well received, put on a great show and really made the night something to remember. We could not be happier, the only thing I wish I had done is set up a video camera in the corner to capture the singing, especially during our first dance!

Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

We strive to ensure that the line-up you see in our promo videos are the members which you get on the night! There are however occasions when members are unavailable for various reasons but we always ensure that our pre-audititioned back-up musicians are available in these instances. Our reputation is of upmost importance and would not want this affected.

Do you have different line-up options?

Our most common line-up is: Female singer, male singer / keys player, guitar, bass, drums & sax We also have the option to add further singers both male and female as well as trumpet and trombone players if you want something a bit extra!

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We appreciate that events (especially weddings) rarely run to time however we are very flexible and understanding. Just keep us up to speed as soon as you know and we will do our very best to ensure nothing has to change at our end.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Of course! We will always put background music on before and between sets - this can be a playlist of your choice or something we have created ourselves. Please get in touch if you would like something more bespoke.

How much time do you need to set up?

We ideally require 1 to 1 and a half hours to setup (venue dependant) however we ensure that this is as quick and as quiet as physically possible whilst being a professional outfit during load-in.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Having performed at weddings, parties and function events for nearly 10 years, we know what gets a party started! We are however always open to your suggestions and do know that everyone has those songs which they love or hate and whether we must play them or avoid them at all costs... let us know if you have any stand out love or hates.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Our prices include PA & lighting as well as a dedicated sound engineer.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

We are happy to learn 3 songs which are not on our repertoire list however please let us know this information in good time as each of our members will need to find the time to learn them and then rehearse together.
