I have a wealth of experience in musicals and operetta and have built a large personal repertoire of musical numbers, popular songs, Neapolitan Folk songs, ballads and operatic arias. Over the years I have performed across England, Wales and Italy. In this last few years I have performed in recitals and festivals across northern Italy in Verona, Sirmione, Brescia, Monzambano and Bienno. I have performed as a guest soloist of "Cor Meibion De Cymru", or "South Wales Male Choir" and The Band of HM Royal Marines. I have performed on local radio and television, and my favourite venue (so far) is London's Royal Albert Hall, where I was a principal tenor in a “Three Tenors Tribute” in 1999. After receiving many individual requests, I studied a teaching diploma DipMusT in Singing which I passed with distinction. I have since formed my own music academy in Portsmouth, “Fine Voice Academy”. The academy provides the best start for young singers and musicians and offers a path of study from Grade 1 to 8, Performance Diplomas, and Music Theory and helps prepare students for higher educational studies in performance schools and music academies and conservatories. I teach all genre, classical, contemporary and musical theatre, to all voice types. I have a lifetime of personal voice training grounded in Italian training roots. I teach singing to Diploma Level, and Music Theory to Grade 5. I enter students for both ABRSM and ICMA boards and many of my students go onto further and higher education studies in music and performance. I also find students return to me for their ongoing vocal development after their diploma or degree level studies. My students regularly achieve Distinctions and Merits in grades. I host grade exams, twice a year for visiting examiners at our studio in Portsmouth, for a growing base of other music teachers submitting students for grading. I focus on safe vocal development and have a personal interest in singing for health. I am currently forming Fine Voice Artists for exceptional, experienced, and talented acts that have grown and worked with Fine Voice Academy. I also have a Soprano Tenor duo called Tesoro
