I am a singer-guitarist who plays a mixture of covers - anything that brings people together and makes your occasion better by having music

I have been playing live music in bands and solo for 20 years now. I have a repertoire of 180 covers with a range of styles and different eras. I enjoy playing solo, but also play with a professional drummer (as featured in the video) for extra cost - check out my Simon and Olly profile - brilliant for weddings if you want a band but want to keep expenses down. I also play with loop pedal that enables me to add extra layers of guitar and using the guitar as a drum (as seen by artists like Ed Sheeran), and a harmony pedal which really creates a full vocal sound. I've played pubs, restaurants, weddings, and fund raisers, and tailor each set to the occasion. I bring my own PA system - A Yamaha Stagepas with subs, and lighting if required.

Simon & Josh(drummer) were awesome! They played 2 brilliant sets of music, totally appropriate for the large group of people that was there. They interacted with the crowd brilliantly and even did a few additional numbers! I will definitely book Simon again for future parties. I would highly recommend Simon Cragg.

Simon was fantastic from start to finish. He made the planning extremely easy, had a huge range of songs to choose from (and even learnt one for us!) and arrived early. He made the atmosphere of the party so great, and I've had the best feedback from all of my friends who attended - he really got the party going! Thank you Simon, you were amazing!

We were lucky enough to experience Simon's musical talents at a fund raising dinner last year, so when we were planning a special summer celebration for this year we were so pleased he could be part of it. Providing amazing 'background' songs whilst everyone enjoyed their hog roast, Simon was then joined by his newly formed band and 'made some noise' putting lots of smiles on faces whilst we danced and sang along!! We would highly recommend Simon - such a friendly person with a fantastic range of songs to offer.
